Tapered button bits is ideal for short hole drilling, as well as roof bolting applications. Comparing with tapered chisel bits and tapered cross bits, button bits has higher technology, much longer primary drilling time and higher drilling efficiency, so that the button bit is popular among the users.
Our taper button bit is made of high quality raw material through special heat treatment, which ensures the high drilling performance. At present, we supply 30mm to 42mm diameter with 4, 6, 7, 11, 12 degree taper button bit to be used with hexagonal 22mm and Hexagonal 25mm drilling rod.
The deliver capacity are very strong and can completely meet customer’s requirements on delivery design, number of buttons is 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 7 buttons is very popular for hold held (short holes) and blast drilling system.
Also, we can supply brazed button bit taper type at competitive rate for granite and marble quarries.
